Even though we introduce a particular change in our life we enjoy, the reality is that often we are reluctant to do so. Michael V. Pants, psychologist professor at the Yale School of Medicine (USA) encourages us to make us reflect on five questions and answers:
Why should I change?
On a scale of 1 (least willing to change) to 10 (very willing) Where I am and how I could move up?
Why the change will be beneficial for me?
What is now the next step I should take?
The best way to think and create awareness of change is ask. You only need 5 replies to start the process.
